Do you have multiple copies of Voila installed in your system? Could you please delete all Voila copies from your system and reinstall a fresh copy from our website www.globaldelight.com/voila and check if it helps.
Please delete all other Voila application from your system before reinstalling a fresh copy. To uninstall Voila; 1. Quit Voila 2. Go to Application folder via Finder and delete Voila app.
If you have purchased Voila via Mac App Store, then please reinstall Voila from Mac App Store itself. Make user that you make use of the same email address which was used on purchase time. Also, please make sure to have only one copy of Voila in your system, also please make sure that you install Voila app in Application folder itself and not in any subfolders.
