When I want to make 1 photo, it makes 3 photos very fast from the same, instead of 1. Than I have to delete thee extra 2 pictures.

Could you please tell us which screen capture are you trying to capture (Ex: Fullscreen, Selection or Object).

While doing a Selection capture or Object capture, please make sure that you select only the desired area or object. If you choose more than one area or object, then it is possible to get multiple image captures.
