registration problems with boom

I've read your advise about registering boom (copy & paste from text edit etc.) but those functions don't work. The paste option does not highlight when I go to the registration box. I've tried entering the code manually but I haven't had any luck yet. I'm getting tired of retrying to enter the code and am close to asking for my money back. I am running boom from the trial version. Do you have any suggestions before I give up.
As a suggestion..couldn't you make the code either all numbers or all numbers. It would make it a lot easier on these 68 year old eyes.

I had the same problem with copying and pasting of my registration code. It would copy but the past option was greyed when I tried to paste it into the registration box. Being that the code is so long it took many tries to get it right. I'd used "I" instead of "1". Making the code pastable would solve a lot of problems!

Finally, I got it working. The fix was to trash the copy of boom I had been working with and download a new boom. I was finally able to copy and paste from text edit. My suggestion for the registration code still stands. Look guys, we aren't talking about a several hundred dollar program like photoshop. There's no reason to make the code as complicated as getting into Ft. Knox, ya know what I mean!
