Video screen record -> green screen take 2

Suddenly having the same problem as in the earlier discussion; used to work fine, but I'm now on 10.8.4...?

I've reinstalled and tried to use the gfxCardStatus app but I've got a MacPro and that app won't work on it (for MacBooks only apparently).

Any more ideas?

Seems to have fixed itself...cool, but mysterious and I'm none the wiser should it recur.
